Nestled on a steep incline, the home has to balance the art of entertaining with the intimacy of private retreat. Through a carefully positioned staircase along the periphery, we have woven together a design that unites the house, framing its double-height spaces to honor both the tranquil privacy of the bedrooms and the sweeping beauty of the harbour beyond.
